One of the admins will stop by in a second to do a security check and make sure that you aren't secretly a spammer/predator/whatever, and then once that's done, you'll be able to see the full forums. From there, we basically just turn ya loose to explore... Although the Home Office does have a guide to getting started, which you'll be provided with.

The Applicant is rejected under Section 2.2d of the Forum Border Control Act, which requires that the applicant:

(d) is not known to HM Government to have engaged in conduct here or abroad indicative of a substantial threat of wrongdoing in violation of the forum provider's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service once admitted to United Kingdom.

The Proboards Community Guidelines prohibit "comments... that are offensive". While that is a notoriously tricky term to define, administrators have reviewed two incidents leading to bans a few months ago from two separate regions, and believe on balance that the available evidence is indicative of a "substantial threat of wrongdoing", in particular the posting of offensive comments. The applicant's case was not helped by their failure to disclose one of the incidents until specifically questioned about it.

That said, administrators note they may be willing to reconsider the matter in several months' time, with a record of clean behavior (as the applicant has been demonstrating on the NSUK RMB), assuming there are no additional incidents the applicant has failed to disclose.
